No—unlimited users on every plan.

Is this HIPAA-aligned?

We design workflows to support HIPAA-aligned use (encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, audit trails). Appointment reminders and similar treatment communications are generally not “marketing,” but keep PHI minimal in channels like SMS.

Can we export our data?

Yes—contacts and reports via CSV on request; messaging exports where supported.

What if we cancel?

Month-to-month billing; access continues through the period, with data export support during offboarding.
